目的:分析广西壮族自治区县(区)级85名结核病防治人员工作满意度,为稳定结防队伍,提高结防服务质量提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法,对广西6个县(区)的85名结防人员进行问卷调查。结果:结防人员工作总体满意度为40.3%;结防人员对8个单项内容的满意度从高到低依次为:结防人员素质(62.4%)、结防人员培训(52.9%)、结防人员数量(42.2%)、现有工作设备(41.2%)、结核门诊环境(37.6%)、感染控制工作(36.5%)、结防工作负荷(36.5%)、结防人员待遇(12.9%)。不同年龄结防人员的工作总体满意度差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.388,P=0.020),≤38岁组结防人员的工作总体满意度低于>38岁组结防人员。结论:广西县(区)级结防人员工作满意度有待提高。应重视结防人力资源建设,改善结防人员的工作条件和待遇,不断健全结防工作体系。
Objective: To analyze the job satisfaction of 85 TB control staff in county (district) of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and to provide references for stabilizing the prevention and treatment team and improving the quality of medical services. Methods: By means of convenient sampling method, a questionnaire survey was carried out on 85 people who had been defending and defending in six counties (districts) of Guangxi. Results: The overall satisfaction degree of the knot-guard personnel was 40.3%. The satisfaction of the knot-guard personnel to the 8 individual items from high to low was as follows: the quality of the knot-guard personnel (62.4%), the knot-guard training (52.9%), (42.2%), existing working equipment (41.2%), tuberculosis clinic environment (37.6%), infection control work (36.5%), work on prevention and treatment work (36.5% . The overall satisfaction degree of workmen at different age groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 5.388, P = 0.020). The overall work satisfaction of the anti-personnel workmen at ≤38 years group was lower than that of the> 38-year-old group. Conclusion: The job satisfaction of Guangxi district (district) level knot-guard personnel needs to be improved. Attention should be paid to the prevention and control of human resources construction, improve the working conditions and treatment of knot-guarding personnel, and constantly improve the work system of knot-knot prevention and control.
