对主要以沥青铀矿形式存在的某硅酸盐铀矿石,用二氧化锰作氧化剂,硫酸高铁溶液作浸出剂进行淋滤浸出研究。采用两段逆流淋滤浸出,含铀和铁的浸出液送至预浸段,浸出液中铁沉淀在新矿石堆中。酸加到主浸段,将沉淀铁溶解作为硫酸高铁浸出剂。与搅拌浸出比较,淋滤浸出省酸21%、省二氧化锰29%,铀提取率降低1.86%。
For a silicate uranium ore mainly in the form of bituminous uranium ore, manganese dioxide was used as oxidant and ferric sulfate was used as leaching agent for leaching leaching.
