2009年11月26日,北京市石景山区某患者因服用黑诊所开出的无名药粉,循环系统出现异常;2011年12月15日,北京市石景山区食品药品监督管理局在“打四黑,除四害”联合执法专项行动中发现,某黑诊所暗室中储有大量药品,其中部分口服药品和注射剂已过期半年以上。黑诊所是医疗事故多发地,也是假劣药品集中地。在这些案件中,不法分子虽然最终得到了法律的制裁,但造成的危害及可能造成的危害却令人深思。
