口腔扁平苔藓是一种常见疾病,在人群中约占2％左右。在糜烂、萎缩型病人中可有烧灼或疼痛感,其病程较长,目前的治疗仍以皮质类固醇为主,作者采用随机双盲对照比较了丙酸氯倍他索和丙酮缩去炎松软膏对其治疗的效果。 共40例病人,平均年龄58岁,其中男10例,女30例,随机分成2组,各20例。分别以丙酸氯倍他索和去炎松软膏外用9周治疗,两组病人最初3周每天外用2次,中间3周减为每天一次,而最后3周则隔天一次,作者分别在第3、6、9周根据病人的症状和皮损对其疗效进行
