目的 从巴西巴豆属药用植物的一新变种复制Muel的叶中分离生物碱成分。方法 应用硅胶柱层析法分离和纯化 ,波谱分析与已知化合物的波谱和理化性质比较得以确定化合物结构。结果 分离得到 12个生物碱 ,其中 4个为新生物碱 ,命名为hemiargineA ( 1) ,B ( 5 ) ,C ( 6 )和D ( 7) ;8个已知生物碱为isocorydine ( 2 ) ,corydine ( 3) ,norcorydine ( 4 ) ,salutari dine ( 8) ,glaucine ( 9) ,tetrahydropalmatrubine ( 10 ) ,xylopinoine ( 11)和norlaudanosine ( 12 )。结论 获得 4种新化合物 ,除生物碱( 8) ,其余生物碱均为首次从该属植物中获得。
OBJECTIVE: To separate the alkaloid constituents from Muel leaves by copying a new variant of the genus Crotonaceae in Brazil. The method was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The spectral structure and physicochemical properties of the known compounds were compared by spectral analysis to confirm the structure of the compounds. Results Twelve alkaloids were isolated, of which four were new alkaloids named hemiargine A (1), B (5), C (6) and D (7). Eight known alkaloids were isocorydine corydine (3), norcorydine (4), salutari dine (8), glaucine (9), tetrahydropalmatrubine (10), xylopinoine (11) and norlaudanosine (12). Conclusion Four new compounds were obtained, except alkaloids (8), and the rest of alkaloids were obtained from this genus for the first time.
