思想教育与行政措施相结合,是思想政治工作的一条重要原则,也是做好新形势下企业思想政治工作的一项有效措施。近年来许多单位按照“一岗双责”的要求,进一步明确了各级领导在做好思想政治工作中应负的责任。这既是加强和改进思想政治工作、提高其实效性的需要,也是更好发挥行政制度的作用,强化行政管理必不可少的重要内容。特别是在改革不断深化的新形势下,强调思想工作与行政措施相结合,具有十分重大的意义。
The combination of ideological education and administrative measures is an important principle in ideological and political work. It is also an effective measure to do well the ideological and political work in enterprises in the new situation. In recent years, many units have further clarified the responsibilities that leaders at all levels should take in their ideological and political work in accordance with the requirements of “one post and two posts.” This not only serves the need of strengthening and improving ideological and political work and enhancing its actual effectiveness, but also an indispensable and important part of giving better play to the role of the administrative system and strengthening administration.
