目的:了解女大学生月经状况,探讨月经与心理健康的相关性。方法:随机抽取遵义市3所大学650例女生作为调查对象,通过月经调查问卷表和SCL-90量表进行测定。结果:存在痛经现象的女大学生的躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑、敌对精神病性等因子均分较无痛经学生高;月经周期紊乱的女大学生躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等因子均分都显著高于月经周期正常的女大学生。结论:有痛经、月经周期紊乱现象的女大学生大多存在心理健康问题。
Objective: To understand the menstrual status of female college students to explore the correlation between menstruation and mental health. Methods: A total of 650 girls from 3 universities in Zunyi City were randomly selected as the survey subjects, and menstruation questionnaire and SCL-90 scale were used to measure them. Results: Female college students with dysmenorrhea had somatization, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety and hostile psychosis compared with non-dysmenorrhea students. Somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, psychosis Equal factors were significantly higher than the normal menstrual cycle female college students. Conclusion: Most female college students who have dysmenorrhea and menstrual cycle disorders have mental health problems.
