本文在对水生态文明内涵理解的基础上,结合十渡当地的特点、十渡水生态现状以及其他地区建设的经验,构建了适合十渡地区发展的水生态文明建设水平综合评价体系。该评价体系涵盖了水生态、水管理和水文化共3个方面的一系列指标,以期对该地区水生态文明建设提供理论性参考。
Based on the understanding of the connotation of aquatic civilization and the local characteristics of Shidu, the current situation of Shidu aquatic ecology and the experience of other regions, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of water ecological civilization construction level suitable for the development of Shidu region. The evaluation system covers a series of three indicators of aquatic ecology, water management and water culture in order to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of aquatic ecological civilization in this area.
