1997年初,山东省地方税务局(以下简称山东省地税局)按照“打基础,抓管理,促应用,上水平”的十二字方针,制定了《山东省地税局机关办公自动化实施方案》。近三年来,该局为落实这一方案做了大量艰苦细致的工作。首先,在各级机关设立了办公自动化工作组,专门管理该项工作,如规范、制度的制定,人才的调配等。
In early 1997, the Local Taxation Bureau of Shandong Province (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Provincial Local Taxation Bureau) formulated the “Shandong Provincial Local Taxation Bureau Office Automation Implementation Plan” in accordance with the 12-character guideline of “laying the foundations for management, promoting application and upgrading”. In the past three years, the council has done a great deal of hard and meticulous work in implementing this plan. First of all, office automation work groups have been set up at all levels of government to manage the work, such as regulation, system formulation and deployment of talents.
