葡萄糖酸钙针预防剖宫产术中出血的临床效果观察

目的观察术前静脉推注10%葡萄糖酸钙针用于预防剖宫产术中出血的临床效果观察,进一步探讨预防剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力引起大出血的有效措施。方法选择本院有剖宫产指征的212例行剖宫产终止妊娠产妇,除外其他内科合并症,随机分组(抽签法)各106人,观察组予10%葡萄糖酸钙针于术前缓慢静脉推注;对照组使用安慰剂(10%葡萄糖注射液),术中切开子宫后吸尽羊水并估计出血量。数据经t检验,方差分析及卡方检验。结果观察组出血明显低于对照组,平均出血量分别为(345±156.5)ml与(458±228.5)ml(P<0.05)。出血量≥400 ml的比例为8/106,36/106,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论术前静脉推注葡萄糖酸钙能明显减少剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力引起大出血,同时缩短了手术时间。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of preoperative intravenous injection of 10% calcium gluconate needle in the prevention of bleeding in cesarean section, and to further explore effective measures to prevent massive bleeding due to uterine atony in cesarean section. Methods Select 212 cases of cesarean section termination of pregnancy in our hospital with cesarean indications, except for other medical complications, randomized to 106 patients (lottery), the observation group were given 10% calcium gluconate in preoperative slow Intravenous bolus; control group, placebo (10% glucose injection), intraoperative amputation of the amniotic fluid and estimate the amount of bleeding after the uterus. Data by t test, analysis of variance and chi-square test. Results The hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The mean hemorrhage volume was (345 ± 156.5) ml and (458 ± 228.5) ml respectively (P <0.05). The proportion of bleeding≥400 ml was 8 / 106,36 / 106 (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Preoperative intravenous injection of calcium gluconate can significantly reduce caesarean section because of uterine inertia caused by major bleeding, while shortening the operation time.
