天津社会科学院舆情研究所创立于1999年10月,其前身为“天津社会科学院舆情调查研究中心”。该研究所自成立以来,一直致力于舆情研究学科建设,在舆情基础理论研究方面居全国前列。《舆情研究概论》为国内第一部系统研究舆情基本问题的学术著作,《网络舆情研究概论》为国内第一部系统研究网络舆情问题的学术专著。该研究所积极服务于中宣部舆情信息局及国家网信办有关部门,积极 Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences Institute of public opinion was founded in October 1999, its predecessor is “Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences Research Center for Public Opinion ”. The Institute actively serves the public opinion information bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and the relevant departments of the State Internet Information Office, and actively
