目的探讨老年人早期左心衰临床特点,提高对老年人早期左心衰的诊断。方法对南京军区福州总医院2001-02-2009-02初诊误诊的老年人早期左心衰45例临床资料回顾分析。结果病情缓解出院42例,放弃治疗、自动出院1例,死亡2例。结论临床医生应提高对老年早期左心衰临床表现的认识,全面采集病史、寻找原发心脏病体征,及时选做胸部X线、心电图、心脏彩超等检查便于早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of early left heart failure in the elderly and to improve the diagnosis of early left heart failure in the elderly. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 45 cases of early left heart failure in the elderly newly diagnosed at Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region from February 2001 to February 2009 was conducted. Results The condition was relieved and discharged in 42 cases, giving up treatment, 1 case was discharged automatically and 2 cases died. Conclusions Clinicians should improve their understanding of the clinical manifestations of early left heart failure in the elderly, comprehensively collect their medical history, look for the primary signs of heart disease, select chest X-ray, electrocardiogram and echocardiography in time to facilitate early diagnosis.
