本文从了解我国住房贷款领域的现状出发,分析目前我国个人住房贷款消费领域存在的问题、症状与成因,并提出自己对如何解决该领域存在问题的一些看法。
This article starts with understanding the present situation of China’s housing loan and analyzes the existing problems, symptoms and causes of personal housing loan consumption in our country and puts forward some opinions on how to solve the existing problems in this field.
