目的研究安徽省出国劳务人员艾滋病预防知识技能培训效果,探讨适合该人群的健康教育方法。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对2008年～2010年在安徽省国际旅行卫生保健中心办理出国体检手续的出国劳务人员进行艾滋病知识技能培训,在培训前后进行问卷调查,分析比较培训效果。结果 2008～2010年培训前艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为42.49%、63.52%和73.57%,培训后为91.69%、94.09%、94.74%,培训前,安全套正确使用率分别为61.44%、66.67%和73.33%;培训后分别为91.10%、96.99%和94.67%。差异均有统计学意义。结论对出国劳务人员艾滋病防治知识、法规和技能培训是必要的。针对目标人群开展的培训效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of knowledge and skills training on HIV / AIDS prevention among migrant workers in Anhui Province and explore the health education method suitable for this population. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to train HIV / AIDS staff members who went abroad for medical clearance from 2008 to 2010 at the International Travel Health Care Center of Anhui Province. Questionnaires were conducted before and after the training to analyze and compare the training effects. Results The awareness rate of pre-training HIV / AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 42.49%, 63.52% and 73.57% respectively from 2008 to 2010, followed by 91.69%, 94.09% and 94.74% after training. The correct utilization rate of condom before training was 61.44% and 66.67% respectively 73.33% and 91.10%, 96.99% and 94.67% respectively after training. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion It is necessary to train HIV / AIDS prevention and control knowledge, laws and skills of overseas workers. The training targeted at the target population is effective.
