目的:运用全自动和半自动细菌鉴定系统,分析巴尔通体的生化特性,研究巴尔通体的生化鉴定方法,为今后巴尔通体菌株的生化诊断提供依据。方法:采用BioMerieux VITEK 32微生物分析系统的ANI厌氧菌鉴定卡及Rapid ID32A系统检测巴尔通体的各项生化指标。结果:VITEK ANI厌氧菌鉴定卡检测结果:氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、半乳糖苷酶、葡萄糖苷酶等反应阴性,能够分解多种氨基酸,但不能分解脯氨酸,不能利用尿素、葡萄糖等糖类。Rapid ID32 A系统检测结果:所有菌株脲素酶、半乳糖苷酶、葡萄糖苷酶阴性,不发酵甘露糖、棉籽糖。结论:两个系统均能快速分析巴尔通体的一些生化特性,但全自动细菌鉴定系统更方便快捷,检测的生化指标更多,且试验后的VITEKANI厌氧菌鉴定卡可在4℃保存数周,便于结果判定[1]。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the biochemical characteristics of Bartonella henryi by using automatic and semi-automatic bacterial identification system and to study the biochemical identification method of Bartonella, providing a basis for the biochemical diagnosis of Bartonella species. CONCLUSIONS: Both systems are capable of rapidly analyzing some of the biochemical characteristics of Bartonella. However, the automated bacterial identification system is more convenient and rapid with more biochemical measurements and the VITEKANI anaerobe identification card after the test can be stored at 4 ° C for several weeks , Easy to determine the result [1].
