目的:研究分析实时荧光PCR技术在手足口病实验诊断中的应用价值。方法:针对本院2013年5月至2016年1月收治的疑似手足口病患儿378例进行研究分析,并采集粪便标本,进一步针对肠道病毒通用型以及CA-16(柯萨奇病毒16型)和EV-71(肠道病毒71型)进行鉴别诊断和分析。结果:本次研究收集的378份粪便标本经过实时荧光PCR检测采用通用型试剂盒阳性检出例数为319份(阳性检出率为84.39%),其中有58例患儿是EV-71感染(占18.18%),CA-16感染患儿有132例(占41.38%)。结论:调查分析发现,CA-16和EV-71肠道病毒是导致手足口病发生的主要病原体,并且本地区以CA-16占主导。实时荧光PCR技术用于手足口病实验诊断具有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To study the value of real-time fluorescence PCR in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: A total of 378 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital from May 2013 to January 2016 were studied and analyzed. Stool specimens were also collected for further detection of enterovirus and CA-16 (Coxsackievirus 16 Type) and EV-71 (enterovirus 71 type) for differential diagnosis and analysis. Results: A total of 319 positive samples (positive detection rate was 84.39%) were obtained from 378 stool specimens collected in this study using real-time PCR. Among them, 58 were EV-71 (18.18%). There were 132 cases (41.38%) of children with CA-16 infection. Conclusion: The investigation and analysis found that CA-16 and EV-71 enteroviruses are the major causative agents of HFMD, and CA-16 dominated the area. Real-time fluorescence PCR technology for the diagnosis of hand, foot and mouth disease has important application value.
