文章采用实验法、综合分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,对沈阳工业大学跆拳道课采用“启发式”教学进行研究,研究得出五个基本结论:(1)“启发式”教学在现代体育教学中不仅可行而且教学效果也优于常规的“注入式”教学;(2)“启发式”教学在沈阳工业大学跆拳道技术课教学中合理恰当的运用,有助于调动学生的积极性和主动性;(3)“启发式”教学可以在课堂上创造活跃的课堂氛围;(4)“启发式”教学能充分调动学生思维;(5)“启发式”教学有助于在教师和学生之间建立良好的师生关系。文章针对结论提出五点建议:(1)体育教师要更新教育观念,以促进学生全面健康的成长;(2)体育教师要积极广泛探索现代化的体育课堂教学新模式,以推进我国体育教育事业的发展;(3)体育教师在教学过程中要多加运用语言来引导学生在课上多动脑,多想问题,以提高学生思维能力;(4)体育教师在教学过程中区分主导与主体的关系,让学生能够主动去练习;(5)体育教师要用心去和学生沟通,在生活和学习当中随时去帮助他们解决遇到的困难。
In this paper, we use “heuristic” teaching in Taekwondo course of Shenyang Polytechnic University to study by means of experimental method, comprehensive analysis method, literature method and so on. Five basic conclusions are drawn: (1) “heuristic” Teaching is not only feasible but also teaching effect is better than the conventional teaching in modern physical education teaching; (2) “heuristic ” teaching in Shenyang University of Technology taekwondo teaching reasonable and appropriate use of teaching help In order to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the students; (3) “heuristic ” teaching can create an active classroom atmosphere in the classroom; (4) “heuristic ” teaching can fully mobilize the students’ thinking; Heuristic teaching helps to establish a good teacher-student relationship between teachers and students. The article puts forward five suggestions according to the conclusion: (1) Physical education teachers should update their educational concepts so as to promote their overall healthy growth; (2) Physical education teachers should actively and extensively explore a new mode of modern physical education teaching so as to promote the development of physical education in China (3) Physical education teachers should make more use of language in the teaching process to guide students to think more in class and think more about questions in order to improve students’ ability of thinking; (4) In the process of teaching, PE teachers should differentiate the relationship between leading and main body, So that students can take the initiative to practice; (5) physical education teachers should carefully to communicate with students in life and learning to help them at any time to solve the difficulties encountered.
