这次全会主要任务是,深入贯彻党的十七届五中全会和省委十届十四次全会精神,认真落实中央和省委经济工作会议部署,按照吉炳轩书记对大庆工作提出的“更好更快发展”、“建设美丽城市”重要指示,总结“十一五”工作,谋划“十二五”发展,安排2011年任务,动员广大干部群众,解放思想、与时俱进,居安思危、团结拼搏,坚定不移推动大庆科学发展和谐发展跨越发展,为提前五年实现全面小康社会目标而努力奋斗。
