考虑热连轧带坯与输送辊辐射传热、接触热传导及空气冷却等动态边界条件,采用有限单元法,建立了热连轧输送辊瞬态温度场的二维模型,并分析计算了在保温罩内和保温罩外两种工况下输送辊的温度场。该模型能实现输送辊温度场的动态分析和精确计算,预测输送带坯时以及输送后空冷的输送辊瞬态温度场,获得输送辊达到热平衡的时间。试验和仿真结果表明,所建立的分析计算模型考虑因素全面、合理,计算精度较高,计算值与实测值吻合良好,真实地反映了输送辊的温度变化情况。
Considering the dynamic boundary conditions of radiant heat transfer, contact heat conduction and air cooling in hot strip mill and conveying roller, a two-dimensional model of transient temperature field of hot strip mill was established by finite element method. Under the cover and the temperature outside the hood under the conditions of conveying roller temperature field. The model can realize the dynamic analysis and accurate calculation of the temperature field of the conveying roller, predict the transient temperature field of the conveyor roller when the conveyor belt is blank and after conveying, and obtain the time when the conveying roller reaches the thermal equilibrium. The experimental results and simulation results show that the factors considered in the analysis and calculation model are comprehensive and reasonable, and the calculation accuracy is high. The calculated values are in good agreement with the measured values, which truly reflects the temperature changes of the conveying rollers.
