经济的发展带动了很多中小企业的发展,现如今,中小企业的数量已经远超从前,中小企业为我国的经济发展和社会进步做出了重大的贡献,成为推动国民经济的又一大支柱,是全国企业中的中坚力量。但是,我国的中小企业由于自身资金和体制的原因,难以实现突破性的发展,要想上市更是难上加难。中小企业新三板上市的出现,解决了中小企业发展受限的难题,是值得研究和推广的。本文主要研究中小企业新三板上市对企业发展的影响,分析了中小企业在新三板上市的优势和劣势,并针对新三板的发展现状提出建议。
The development of economy has led to the development of many small and medium-sized enterprises. Nowadays, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises has gone far beyond the scale. For the economic development and social progress of our country, small and medium-sized enterprises have made significant contributions and become another pillar for promoting the national economy. Is the backbone of the country’s enterprises. However, due to its own capital and system, SMEs in China are hard to achieve breakthrough development, and it is even harder to go public. The advent of SMEs in the new third board listing has solved the problem of limited development of SMEs and is worth studying and promoting. This article mainly studies the impact of SME IPO on the development of the enterprise, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of SMEs listing on the new third board, and puts forward suggestions on the current situation of the development of the new board.
