新课程英语的开放性教学是教育改革的实时推行,是对教师根据时代特征和当前社会日变千里的状态,与学生所处的当前社会状态的有机结合,来提高英语教学质量的教育方式。这种开放性的教学,不再依循传统的增加教学时间和给学生布置课后学习负担的方式,而是通过培养学生对英语的兴趣和增加对使用英语国家的文化了解,以注重语言的时代特征和实用特征为基础,创造充分的语言环境和使用语言的兴趣,培养鼓励学生养成自我积极主动和研究的能力,从而来提高英语语言教学的质量。
