本文报道了双黄连口服液中黄芩甙么的测定方法，并把本院自制双黄连与众生双黄连的含量进行比较，采用ＯＤＳ柱，流动相为甲醇：水：冰醋酸（４８：５２：１），检测波长２７７ｕｍ。测定方法简便、快速，结果表明自制双黄连与众生双黄连中黄岑甙的含量差异不大。
This article reported the method for the determination of jaundice in Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid, and compared the contents of Shuanghuanglian with Shuanghuanglian by Shuanghuanglian in our hospital.
