我国自改革开放以来,社会广开就业门路,人才双向选择和职业流动已经习以为常了。在竞争日益加剧的今天,就业领域同样存在着激烈的竞争,这对于即将毕业的大学生来说,要找到一个理想的职业,并非一件容易的事。而一部分大学毕业生,在国家允许大学毕业生在一定范围内进行双向选择的政策下,又由于自身素质的缺陷和择业过程中的心理障碍,没能利用好这一机会,迟迟找不到自己的就业位置,究其原因,主要有以下两点:
