本文论证了硬质合金柱齿钻头成型修磨的必要性,介绍了试验室采用不同配比磨头修磨的正交试验方法及其优化分析结果,从而得出人造金刚石磨头的最佳成分配比以及人造金刚石磨耗比与粒度、浓度的回归方程,可作为磨头生产的理论依据。
This paper demonstrates the necessity of shaping and grinding of carbide rod and pinion, introduces the orthogonal test method of grinding chamber with different matching grinding heads in the laboratory and the results of optimization analysis, and concludes that the best of synthetic diamond grinding head Distribution ratio and synthetic diamond wear ratio and particle size, concentration of the regression equation can be used as a theoretical basis for grinding head production.
