应用氨气敏电极及WL—15型微处理机离子计,采用四点校正方式测定植物果品中的蛋白质含量,方法简便、快速,能自动显示数据和打印结果,且与凯氏法相符,是测定植物果品蛋白质的一种新的方法。
Ammonia gas sensor and WL-15 microprocessor were used to measure the protein content of plant fruits by four-point calibration method. The method is simple, rapid and can automatically display the data and print the results, and is consistent with the Kjeldahl method A New Method for Determining Plant Fruit Protein.
