2010年,上海同济大学职业技术教育学院(以下简称IBB)与德国柏林职业教育集团(以下简称GFBM Akademie)官方签署了“中德职业技能认证研究中心”合作文件,从那一刻起,双方展开了多视角、不同层面的前期交流与磨合。双方一致的认知是,未来中国职业教育的发展,教师专业素质的不断提高仍任重而道远。因此,GFBM Akademie与IBB信念坚定地继续在职业学校专业教师培训方面下工夫,并逐步开发教师培养可持续性发展与保障体系。回顾在柏林参加培训的每一届、每一批的团组教师,他们总是能以充满好奇、期待的心情积极努力地投入到每一个培训细节中,总是有永远提不完的问题以及
