一、引言随着科学技术的飞速发展,在天体物理、空间技术、激光核聚变等研究中,软X—射线辐射特性均需进行测定。星载X—射线望远镜,是观测太阳及天体软X—射线辐射状态的重要仪器,对天文学、国防科学研究都很重要。软X—射线滤光片,是X—射线望远镜上配用的滤光片,它只透过软X—射线辐射,截掉可见、近紫外辐射。滤光片透过软X—射线的性能,直接影响X—射线望远镜成像质量。因此,滤光片透过软X—射线的性能,必须进行测定。本文介绍了1nm—6nm软X—射线滤光片透过率测试方法。列举出各类样品测试结果,并对测量结果进行了误差分析。对测量系统的稳定度进行了测量和分析。
I. INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of science and technology, in the research of astrophysics, space technology and laser fusion, the soft X-ray radiation characteristics need to be determined. The spaceborne X-ray telescope is an important instrument for observing the soft X-ray radiation state of the sun and celestial bodies and is of great importance to astronomy and national defense scientific research. Soft X-ray filters, which are used on X-ray telescopes, only cut through visible and near-UV radiation by soft X-ray radiation. Filters through the soft X-ray performance, a direct impact on the X-ray telescope imaging quality. Therefore, the filter through soft X-ray performance, must be measured. This article describes the 1nm-6nm soft X-ray filter transmittance test method. The test results of all kinds of samples are listed, and the error analysis of measurement results is carried out. The stability of the measurement system was measured and analyzed.
