针对QT8812汽车发动机油底壳腰部圆弧在拉深成形时容易出现的起皱现象,通过控制深浅盒连接面斜度,即分别采取45°,50°,55°,60°和65°这5个连接面斜度进行不同压边力下的拉深成形数值模拟。首先进行5个方案的一次拉深成形数值模拟,选取不同的压边力进行拉深成形,保留每个方案中的最优压边力方案,再以这些方案模型作为毛坯,进行二次拉深成形模拟,探索最优成形工艺参数。对比结果分析发现,在600 k N的压边力下,连接面斜度为60°时的拉深成形工艺方案为最优方案。最后采用最优方案进行拉深成形试验,试验结果与模拟结果很接近,起皱现象明显减少。
Aiming at the wrinkling phenomenon which appears in the waist circle of QT8812 automobile engine oil sump, it is 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 ° and 65 ° respectively by controlling the slope of the connection of the depth box The connection surface slope is simulated under different blank holder forces.
