目的观察健康营养师软件在肝源性糖尿病患者饮食干预中的效果。方法将该院脂肪肝诱发的肝源性糖尿病患者60例按随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规饮食治疗方法,干预组在对照组基础上运用健康营养师软件。比较两组入院前及出院6个月后的糖代谢指标、BMI、血脂变化,及出院6个月后的糖尿病健康饮食知识调查问卷得分。结果出院6个月后两组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均有所改善,空腹血糖及LDL水平干预组改善更明显,饮食知识得分干预组更高,组间差异有统计学意义。结论健康营养师软件运用于肝源性糖尿病患者饮食治疗中,能够在满足饮食治疗基本原则的基础上适应患者的个性化需求,帮助患者控制相关临床测量指标,随时随地为患者提供饮食参考,并正确检测患者饮食营养素搭配是否合理并加以改善。
Objective To observe the effect of health nutritionist software on diet intervention in patients with liver-derived diabetes. Methods Sixty patients with hepatic steatohepatitis induced by fatty liver in the hospital were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group used routine diet therapy, intervention group based on the control group using health nutritionist software. The scores of glucose metabolism index, BMI, blood lipids, and diabetes health diet knowledge questionnaire scores before and 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of discharge, the fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and low density lipoprotein (LDL) levels were improved in both groups, and the fasting blood glucose and LDL levels improved more significantly in the intervention group and the dietary knowledge score was higher in the intervention group Between the differences was statistically significant. Conclusions The health nutritionist software is used in the dietary treatment of patients with liver-derived diabetes, which can meet the individual needs of patients based on the basic principles of dietary therapy, help patients to control the relevant clinical measurement indicators, provide dietary reference for patients anytime, anywhere and Correctly detect patients with diet nutrients is reasonable and to improve.
