我国西南特大流域巨型水电站水库群集中建成投产,大幅提高了梯级电站的补偿调节作用,但如何科学合理地分摊电站间补偿效益是均衡协调不同发电主体利益的关键问题。为此,提出一种基于联盟博弈的多控制性水库梯级电站补偿效益分摊方法,将上游水库投产前后下游梯级发电效益的增量作为补偿效益,采用联盟博弈理论,计算所有可能投产组合形式下的发电效益,建立基于Shapley值的补偿分摊方法,并应用联盟核心和分裂倾向理论对分摊方案进行稳定性评价。澜沧江下游梯级水电站群实例应用结果表明,所提方法可合理分摊多控制性水库发电补偿效益,同时能够消除分摊顺序差异对结果的影响。
The completion and putting into operation of the reservoir cluster in the giant hydropower station in Southwest China’s grand river basins have greatly increased the compensation and adjustment functions of cascaded hydropower plants. However, how to apportion the compensation benefits between power plants scientifically and reasonably is a key issue to balance and balance the interests of different power generation entities. To this end, a method for allocating compensation benefits for cascade hydropower stations based on coalition games is proposed. Taking the increment of downstream cascade generation benefits before and after the operation of upstream reservoirs as the compensation benefit, a coalition game theory is used to calculate all possible combinations Power generation efficiency, establish a compensation sharing method based on Shapley value, and apply the alliance core and split-tendency theory to evaluate the stability of the allocation plan. The application examples of the cascade hydropower station in the lower Lancang River show that the proposed method can reasonably apportion the benefits of power generation in multi-controlled reservoirs and eliminate the influence of the difference in sequence of allocation on the result.
