我县红碎茶从六十年代中期开始试制,现在生产红碎茶的单位已发展到15个,产量15000余担,约占全县茶叶总产量的30%,总产值的35%。红碎茶的推广和发展,对我县茶叶生产和茶叶制造上的机械化起了促进作用,特别是对我县一些大的国营茶场和乡办茶场的振兴,起到了重大推动作用。有的场厂越办越好,兴旺发达。但是,也有个别单位,由于制茶技术不熟练,生产加工又不及时,粗制滥造,品质低劣,卖价低,场厂无法维持,只好下放关闭。为了使我县茶叶生产全面振兴起来,现从技术的角度就如何提高红碎茶质量,发挥经济效益,提出一些粗浅看法。

Due to the unskilled tea making technology, the production and processing are not timely, the shoddy production, the poor quality and the selling price are low, and the factory can not maintain it, so it has to be closed down. In order to fully revitalize the tea production in our county, from the technical point of view on how to improve the quality of red broken tea, give full play to economic benefits, put forward some superficial views.
