采用光镜酶组织化学和电镜细胞化学方法,对家兔急性高眼压后视网膜内与糖代谢及分解代谢有关的葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)、磷酸化酶和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)进行了研究。结果显示:高眼压后7~15d磷酸化酶活性明显下降(P<0.05),ACP活性明显增强,色素上皮(RPE)溶酶体内容物有释放现象。提示急性高眼压后存在糖原代谢障碍;ACP参与了视网膜损伤过程。
Light microscopic histochemical and electron microscopic cytochemistry were used to detect the expression of G-6-Pase, phosphorylase and acid phosphatase in the retina after acute intraocular hypertension Enzymes (ACP) were studied. The results showed that the activity of phosphorylase decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the activity of ACP increased significantly after 7-15 days after intraocular pressure release. The content of lysosome in pigment epithelium (RPE) was released. Prompted the existence of acute ocular hypertension after glycogen metabolism disorders; ACP involved in the process of retinal damage.
