目的:观察中西医结合治疗前部葡萄膜炎的疗效观察及护理方法。方法:对40例前葡萄膜炎患者随机分为两组,各20例,采用中西医结合方法及单纯西药治疗比较,同时对患者进行滴眼液的护理、制定个性化的饮食方案、心理疏导、健康教育等护理措施。结果:经过对前葡萄膜炎患者进行中西医结合治疗和特殊护理措施,患者的治愈率有了明显的提高。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗前部葡萄膜炎,配合有效的护理措施,可以提高治愈率,减缓病情的发展。
Objective: To observe the treatment of anterior uveitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and its nursing methods. Methods: Forty patients with anterior uveitis were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The patients were treated with the combination of TCM and Western medicine and Western medicine alone. At the same time, the patients were treated with eye drops, and a personalized diet plan and psychological counseling , Health education and other nursing measures. Results: After the treatment of anterior uveitis in patients with Integrative Medicine and special care measures, the patient’s cure rate has been significantly improved. Conclusion: The treatment of anterior uveitis with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, combined with effective care measures, can improve the cure rate and slow the progression of the disease.
