据统计,全国现有各种工业炉窑11.3万台,年耗能1.62亿吨标准煤,大约占全国总能耗量的四分之一。我国工业炉窑的特点:一是数量大、耗能多;二是水平落后,热效率低,平均燃料单耗比先进国家高40.8％。工业炉窑的改造:一是改革炉型,改造燃烧系统,完善排烟系统,减少水冷管;二是使用新型燃烧器;三是采用新型隔热材料,做好炉体保温;四是采用高效节能炉及余热回收利用等措施,达到提高热效率,节约能源的目的。
