传播学博导谈媒体得失 1999年5月8日,以美国为首的北约悍然袭击我驻南联盟使馆,这一公然践踏国际法、外交关系准则的野蛮行径,造成我3名新闻工作者遇难,20余名使馆人员受伤。对这一人类文明史上罕见事件,我国媒体纷纷以最快的速度把事实真相告诉我国人民。就这一突发事件的反应,我国媒体在时效性、亲和力、深度报道等方面有较大的突破,但也存在一些不够理想的地方。 主流媒体反应迅速,组织有力 周瑞金(人民日报副总编辑、博士生导师)
On May 8, 1999, the U.S.-led NATO blatantly attacked the embassy of the FRY in Yugoslavia. This brutal act of flagrantly trampling on the norms governing international law and diplomatic relations resulted in the death of three journalists of mine, more than 20 Embassy staff were injured. As to the rare event in the history of human civilization, our country’s media have told our people the truth as quickly as possible. In response to this unexpected incident, the media in our country have made great breakthroughs in timeliness, affinity and in-depth coverage. However, there are still some places that are not quite satisfactory. The mainstream media responded quickly and organized Zhou Ruijin (deputy chief editor and doctoral supervisor of People’s Daily)
