目的:在分子水平评价化合物L20051117和AMMS607对甲型流感病毒和乙型流感病毒神经氨酸酶(NA)活性的抑制作用。方法:通过测定流感病毒NA的荧光密度来确定化合物对流感病毒NA的抑制活性。结果:L20051117对NA的抑制活性高于AMMS607,且两者对甲型流感病毒NA抑制作用均略优于对乙型流感病毒NA的抑制作用。结论:通过体外测定L20051117和AMMS607对流感病毒NA的抑制活性,初步确定L20051117和AMMS607对流感病毒有一定抑制作用,且L20051117的作用效果优于AMMS607。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the inhibitory effect of compounds L20051117 and AMMS607 on the activity of influenza A virus and neuraminidase (NA) at the molecular level. Methods: Compounds were tested for their inhibitory activity against influenza virus NA by measuring the fluorescence intensity of influenza virus NA. Results: The inhibitory activity of L20051117 on NA was higher than that of AMMS607, and the inhibitory effects of both on influenza A and NA were slightly better than that on NA of influenza B virus. Conclusion: The inhibitory activity of L20051117 and AMMS607 against influenza virus NA was determined in vitro. It was preliminarily confirmed that L20051117 and AMMS607 had certain inhibitory effect on influenza virus, and the effect of L20051117 was better than that of AMMS607.
