提高经济效益问题是我国经济建设中具有头等重要意义的问题。但是过去一段相当长的时期里,我国生产建设中的经济效益很差,严重地影响了社会主义建设事业的发展。在分析企业经济效益低下的原因时,往往只注意宏观经济存在的问题对企业经济效益的影响,而对于企业内部管理工作对经济效益的影响则注意不够。事实表明,指导思想上的偏差和宏观经济的缺陷对所有企业的影响,大体上是相同的。但就是在这种情况下,不同工业企业的经济效益也存在着差别,甚至是明显的差别。
Raising the problem of economic efficiency is a matter of primary importance in China’s economic construction. However, over a long period of time in the past, China’s economic performance in production and construction was very poor, which seriously affected the development of socialist construction. In the analysis of the reasons for the low economic efficiency of enterprises, they often only pay attention to the impact of macroeconomic problems on the economic efficiency of enterprises, while the impact on the economic efficiency of internal management of enterprises is not enough attention. The facts show that the impact of deviations in the guiding ideology and macroeconomic deficiencies on all companies is roughly the same. However, under such circumstances, there are differences in the economic benefits of different industrial enterprises, even obvious differences.
