目的 :应用鼻内窥镜及鼻用电动切割吸引器行下鼻甲粘膜下成形术治疗下鼻甲肥大 ,并观察其疗效。方法 :对 2 38例下鼻甲肥大的患者 ,采用鼻内窥镜行下鼻甲粘膜下成形术。结果 :2 38例患者术后随访 6月 ,治愈 2 1 5例 ,占 90 .3% ;显效 2 3例 ,占 9.7% ;总有效率 1 0 0 %。结论 :鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲粘膜下成形术治疗下鼻甲肥大 ,能在最大限度的保护下鼻甲功能的同时 ,将其缩小到最佳体积 ,是符合微创理念的手术方法
OBJECTIVE: To treat inferior turbinate hypertrophy with nasal endoscopic and nasal electric suction aspirator under the inferior turbinate submucosal angioplasty and to observe its curative effect. Methods: Two hundred and thirty-eight patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy underwent nasal endoscopic submotional submucosal angioplasty. Results: Two hundred and thirty-eight cases were followed up for 6 months, and 215 cases were cured, accounting for 90.3%; effective in 23 cases, accounting for 9.7%; and total effective rate was 100%. CONCLUSIONS: Nasal endoscopic turbinate submucosal angioplasty is a surgical method that meets the principle of minimally invasive surgery in treating turbinate hypertrophy, which minimizes the function of the inferior turbinate while reducing it to the optimal volume
