催化剂的预络合对聚丙烯产品的颗粒形态影响很大,对工艺操作也有一定的影响,由于在中试装置上采用的预络合单元目前没有成熟的模式可参考,且实际操作难度较大,运行稳定时间仅有1~2h后就会发生堵塞,我们通过对管路连接方式、管件对阻力损失影响的计算分析及插入管线长度对装置影响的实验,对预络合工艺管路进行了重新设计,减少了工艺管路中止回阀及截止阀的数量,将催化剂预络合物与丙烯的管路连接改为并流,提升预聚丙烯的流量为40L.h-1后大大增加了预络合工艺运行的稳定性。
