社会体育专业在我国开展已有20多年的历史,2012年将其更名为社会体育指导与管理专业,明确了培养目标,但在发展过程中仍然存在诸多问题:社会体育专业培养人才与社会体育人才需求不平衡;人才培养模式结构安排不合理;课程设置宽泛,专业不突出,时代性弱;见习效果差,实践安排不合理,实践与实际工作差距较大等。依据协同创新理念提出建议:社会、企业、政府等联合办专业,实现专业建设为地方经济服务;“应用型订单式”培养模式,实现专业化的学生培养;注重培养学生的实践能力,完善课程设置,提高学生就业率和就业质量等。
The social sports major has been in our country for more than 20 years. In 2012, it was renamed as social sports guidance and management major, which clearly defined the training objectives. However, there are still many problems in the development of social sports major: the social sports major cultivates talents and social sports talents The unbalanced demand; the irrational arrangement of personnel training mode; the wide range of courses, the lack of professionalism, the weakness of the times; the poor internship effect, the unreasonable practice arrangement and the large gap between practice and actual work. Based on the idea of collaborative innovation, we put forward suggestions: the joint professional institutions such as society, enterprises and government should realize the professional construction to serve the local economy; “application-oriented ” training mode to achieve specialized student training; pay attention to cultivating students’ practical ability, Improve curriculum, improve student employment rate and quality of employment.
