当前,面对民众对诚信缺失、道德滑坡的质疑,始终处在百姓敏感、社会关注环境中的工程建设领域,更是饱受非议。一度被不少建筑施工企业淡化了的职业道德建设课题,在新的形势和新的挑战面前,再度引起决策者们的高度重视。本文通过探讨当前国有建筑施工企业职业道德滑坡的表现以及成因,从而提出在新时期职业道德建设上应采取的基本对策。 At present, in the face of people’s questions about the lack of good faith and moral decline, they have always been criticized in the field of construction projects that are sensitive to the people and concerned by the society. Once a lot of construction enterprises played down the issue of professional ethics in the new situation and new challenges in front of again attracted the attention of policy makers. In this paper, by discussing the performance and causes of the current state-owned construction enterprises in the decline of professional ethics, this paper puts forward the basic countermeasures that should be taken in the construction of professional ethics in the new era.
