目的研究不同价格染发剂对小鼠血液和肝肾中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法选取40只小鼠按体重顺序随机分为低价格(0.2元/g)、中价格(0.3元/g)、高价格染发剂组(0.4元/g)和凡士林对照组,每组10只,每周经皮给药5 d连续3周。实验结束后,测定各脏器的脏器系数,并且测定血液、肝肾组织中SOD、MDA、GSH。结果与对照组相比,血液中、高价格组,肝脏低价格组的SOD均增高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,血液低、中价格组,肝脏低、高价格组,肾脏低价格组的MDA均增高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,肝脏高价格组,肾脏中、高价格组的GSH均增加,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论染发剂可能对小鼠血液和肝肾产生一定的过氧化损伤。
Objective To study the effects of hair dye at different prices on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood and liver and kidney of mice. Methods Forty mice were randomly divided into low price (0.2 yuan / g), middle price (0.3 yuan / g), high price hair dye (0.4 yuan / g) and petrolatum control group , Weekly transdermal administration of 5 d for 3 weeks. After the experiment, organ coefficients of each organ were measured, and SOD, MDA and GSH in blood, liver and kidney were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of SOD in blood, high price group and low price group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum low, medium price group, low liver (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the GSH in the high price group, the middle high price group and the high price group increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The hair dye may cause some peroxide damage to the blood and liver of mice.
