工程简介京广K643+304上下行桥横跨人民胜利渠,均为2孔20米上承钢梁,现4孔钢梁均已陈旧,根据铁路发展需要,现将2孔20米钢梁改建为13+16+13米预应力砼梁。 1.根据: TB 2092-89文件中规定,当采用新工艺进行试生产时,应进行此试验。 2.设备: 这套设备是由郑州桥隧工程段自制而成(见下图),现简述如下: 首先在梁的两端由上下45工钢及左右钢拉杆组成两封闭矩形,并将100工钢及待试验梁平行置入两矩形框内,100工钢在上,然后在100工钢与梁间设3个千斤顶,在梁下设3个百分表,用以测量梁加载后的挠度。
