我园是一所2012年12月建编的新办幼儿园。在建制后不久,又接手另一处校舍,幼儿园变为“一园两部”。随着办学规模的逐步扩大,幼儿园招聘了大批新教师,其中1—3年新手教师比例为50%,5-10年青年教师比例为37%,10年以上成熟教师比例仅为13%。年轻教师群体的优势是充满着活力与爱心,团队合作意识较强,但在课程执行力上,青年教师明显缺少教学经验,缺乏针对性的教育方法。因此,切实提高青年教师的专业发展水平,促进幼儿园整体保教质量的提升始终是我园重点聚焦的工作。
I Park is a December 2012 construction of the new kindergarten. Not long after the establishment, they took over another schoolhouse, and the kindergarten became “one park two”. With the gradual expansion of schooling, a large number of new teachers have been recruited in kindergartens. Among them, 50% are new-horizons teachers in 1-3 years, 37% are young teachers in 5-10 years, and only 13% are mature teachers in 10 years or more. The advantages of young teachers are full of vitality and love, teamwork awareness is strong, but the implementation of the curriculum, the young teachers obviously lack of teaching experience, the lack of targeted education. Therefore, improving the professional development of young teachers and promoting the overall quality of nursery education has always been the focus of our park.
