2006年,是实施国民经济和社会发展“十五”规划,推进社会主义新农村建设的开局之年,也是云南林业发展史上极具机遇和挑战的一年。
The year 2006 marked the first year of implementing the “Tenth Five-year Plan” for national economy and social development and promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. It is also a year full of opportunities and challenges in the history of forestry development in Yunnan.
