笔者选取了4根不能按最后一级修理尺寸磨削修理的 S195型柴油机曲轴,分别对其主轴颈和连杆轴颈采用振动堆焊和电弧喷涂方法进行修复,然后分别通过偏磨和正常磨削后装机运转。偏磨结果表明涂层结合良好,无剥落和脱皮现象。装机后进行的台架磨合及负荷运转,在不同的转速下空负荷运转15min,在不同转速不同负荷下运转15min,额定工况下运转5min,超负荷至108%运转5min,均工作良好。在台架上累计满负荷运转超过20h,修复层无异常现象。现将笔者采用的曲轴轴颈振动堆焊修复工艺和电弧喷涂修复工艺简介如下。
The author selects four S195-type diesel engine crankshafts which can not be repaired by the last-stage repair dimensions, respectively repairs the main journal and the connecting rod journal by vibrating surfacing and arc spraying methods, and then respectively repairs them by eccentric grinding and normal grinding After cutting installed capacity.
