通过1∶2薄板坯连铸水模型实验,研究了马钢70 mm×1 600 mm薄板坯连铸结晶器在不同水口结构、不同工艺参数条件下的流场。结果表明:在其他条件相同时,出口面积比为2.34、出口倾角为11.5°的5号水口所对应的流场优于其它水口。
Through 1: 2 thin slab continuous casting water model experiment, the flow field of Masteel 70 mm × 1 600 mm thin slab continuous casting mold under different nozzle structures and different process parameters was studied. The results show that the flow field corresponding to No.5 outlet with outlet area ratio of 2.34 and outlet inclination of 11.5 ° is superior to other outlets under other conditions.
