探讨学生在跨栏跑学习中出现的怕栏现象,并从心理学角度分析其产生原因,提出了一些相应的克服方式与办法,达到提高跨栏跑教学质量的效果。
This paper discusses the scare bar phenomenon that students appear in the hurdle race and analyzes its causes from the psychology point of view, puts forward some corresponding ways and ways to overcome it, and achieves the effect of improving the teaching quality of hurdle race.
