噪声问题是机动船舶上客观存在而过去长期受到忽视的一个重要问题。在1978年以前,我院设计的产品中,很少对此作专门的考虑。往往认为采用了绝热材料和木作,由工厂按习惯施工,噪声问题就自然得到解决,以致船舶建成试航时,出现了严重的噪声污染。特别是一些中小型船舶更为突出,影响了交船和使用,这方面的教训已屡见不鲜。由此,为了改善船员的劳动条件,保障他们工作和休息的良好环境,改善船舶的噪声水平,已成为当务之急。
The issue of noise is an important issue that has long been neglected in the past for the objective existence of motorized ships. Before 1978, the design of our hospital products, few special consideration for this.
