本文针对混凝土泵车臂架及其实用选取进行研究。首先,介绍混凝土泵车臂架设计原则。其次,介绍混凝土泵车臂架结构型式与特点,主要从混凝土泵车臂架布料高度、混凝土泵车臂架臂节数、混凝土臂架折叠型式三方面着手。再次,分析混凝土泵车臂架技术与混凝土泵车臂架选用,其中分析混凝土泵车臂架技术,主要从现代设计技术、新型工艺技术、新型材料、新型汽车底盘性能、电液控制技术等新技术着手。最后,展望混凝土泵车臂架发展趋势。
In this paper, concrete pump truck boom and its practical selection. First, introduce the design principles of concrete pump boom. Secondly, the type and characteristics of boom structure of concrete pump truck are introduced, mainly from three aspects: fabric height of concrete pump truck boom, number of boom section of concrete pump truck and folding type of concrete boom. Thirdly, the concrete pump arm boom technology and the concrete pump arm boom selection are analyzed. The technology of concrete pump arm boom is analyzed from the aspects of modern design technology, new technology, new material, new car chassis performance and electro-hydraulic control technology Technology start. Finally, look forward to the development trend of concrete pump boom.
